Project Overview
LUXTON is a modern high-rise residential development in Carlingford, targeting the mid-to-premium apartment market with 104 units across multiple levels.

Product Application
ProFlow was selected for full-floor subfloor preparation throughout the building. Key advantages in this application included:
• Multi-level, large-area efficiency: ProFlow's 1–40 mm single-coat thickness range accommodated varying floor level deviations across different storeys without the need for multiple passes.
• Fast-track programme: Light foot traffic within 3 hours and readiness for floor coverings in 12 hours aligned with the developer's accelerated construction schedule.
• Underfloor heating compatibility: Selected apartment units featured in-slab heating systems; ProFlow's low-shrinkage formulation performs reliably through thermal cycling without cracking.
• Low-dust formula: Reduced airborne particulate during mixing and application, maintaining a cleaner working environment in enclosed residential floors.

Application Notes
All concrete substrates were mechanically prepared to CSP #3 and primed with LEVELMAX Primer X prior to levelling. ProFlow was mixed at 4.8 L of clean water per 20 kg bag and applied within its 20–30 minute working window using an approved on-site mixing pump for continuous large-batch production.
