The Origin is a boutique townhouse development in Killara on Sydney's Upper North Shore, comprising 10 premium dwellings. The project emphasises quality residential amenity with a strong focus on durable, long-lasting floor systems.

Product Application

Timber flooring is a dominant finish specification across The Origin's interiors. ProFlow provided the critical base layer for subsequent BondMax timber adhesive installation:

• Timber floor base optimisation: Premium engineered and solid timber flooring specified throughout the project demands a rigid, flat substrate. ProFlow eliminates localized substrate irregularities that could cause board flex, hollow spots, or premature finish failure.

• Small-batch flexibility: With 10 dwellings, ProFlow's 20 kg bag format enabled precise, low-waste batching tailored to each floor area.

• Single-coat depth range: Townhouse slabs often present localised level variation; ProFlow's 1–40 mm application range resolves substrate deviations in a single pour without layering.

• System compatibility: Used as part of the full LevelMax flooring system — Primer X followed by ProFlow, then BondMax adhesive for timber — ensuring product compatibility and performance accountability across the entire floor build-up.
