Project Overview
The Belrose Collection is a boutique townhouse development on Sydney's Northern Beaches, comprising 13 premium dwellings. The project integrates modern materials with a natural bush setting, with extensive use of natural stone across interior and exterior surfaces.

Product Application
• Natural stone bonding: The Belrose Collection specifies significant areas of natural stone across bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor terraces. ProBond's high tensile adhesion strength of ≥1.5 MPa ensures stone panels remain securely bonded long-term, satisfying ISO 13007 C2 classification requirements for heavy stone applications.
• Water-immersion durability: Bathroom and outdoor terrace stone areas are subject to sustained wet conditions. ProBond retains ≥1.2 MPa tensile adhesion after water immersion, ensuring the tile-adhesive bond remains structurally sound in permanently damp environments.
• Freeze-thaw resistance: Northern Beaches locations experience meaningful overnight temperature variation. ProBond maintains ≥1.2 MPa adhesion strength after freeze-thaw cycle testing, making it suitable for exposed outdoor stone paving and cladding applications.
• S1 deformability classification: ProBond's S1 deformability rating accommodates minor substrate movement and thermal expansion — critical for outdoor stone installations subject to seasonal temperature movement.
