Project Overview

Infinity Park is the largest mixed-use development within Norwest Business Park, featuring 300+ units across residential, retail, and commercial precincts. The project is regarded as a landmark urban development in Sydney's north-west.

Product Application

Given the extraordinary scale of subfloor preparation required, ProFlow was selected as the sole self-levelling compound for the entire development:

Pump-applied large-batch production: ProFlow is compatible with approved on-site mixing pump systems, enabling continuous high-volume application essential for a 300+ unit programme. This dramatically reduced labour time compared to manual batch-by-batch mixing.

C25-F6 structural strength: ProFlow meets EN 13813 CT-C25-F6 classification with 28-day compressive strength exceeding 25 N/mm², providing a subfloor capable of withstanding construction-phase heavy equipment loads.

Underfloor heating compatibility: Zones throughout Infinity Park incorporate in-slab heating systems. ProFlow has been verified to perform reliably through repeated thermal cycling without cracking or debonding.

Universal finish compatibility: The mixed-use programme specifies tiles, vinyl, timber, and carpet across different tenancies and apartments. ProFlow serves as a unified base product for all finish types, standardising the subfloor specification across the entire development.
