Project Overview
Chapman Gardens is a residential community development delivered by N.I.C Constructions in collaboration with CG Group. The integrated design-and-construct delivery model ensured close coordination between design intent and product specification from the outset.
Product Application
N.I.C Constructions selected ProBond as the primary tile adhesive system based on extensive trade experience and the product's consistent field performance:
• Superior workability: ProBond's paste consistency spreads smoothly with a notched trowel without stringing or drag — enabling efficient, uninterrupted tiling across large continuous floor areas.
• Multi-substrate adaptability: Residential projects present varied substrate conditions including concrete slabs, mortar beds, and existing tile surfaces. ProBond maintains consistent bond performance across all of these bases, reducing the need for extensive surface pre-treatment.
• Batch-to-batch consistency: ProBond is manufactured under strict quality management, ensuring uniform performance across every bag delivered to site — minimising the risk of variation-related defects that can arise over the course of extended projects.
• Full regulatory compliance: ProBond is prepared in accordance with the Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act, with all components listed on AICIS. This simplifies quality management documentation and satisfies contractor compliance obligations on residential projects.
