SEYCHELLES is a boutique coastal residential development at Brighton Le-Sand, comprising 37 units including premium penthouse levels. The project prioritises sea-view amenity and high-specification interior finishes.

Product Application

ProFlow was applied across all levels for subfloor base preparation, with particular attention to the penthouse floors requiring enhanced flatness tolerances for oversized stone and hardwood flooring.

• Flatness precision: ProFlow's self-levelling high-flow consistency achieves ±2 mm/2 m tolerances required for large-format stone and engineered timber installations.

• Coastal climate resilience: Brighton Le-Sand's coastal microclimate introduces elevated humidity and thermal variation; ProFlow's low-shrinkage formulation resists stress-induced cracking under these conditions.

• Efficient coverage: At approximately 2.4 m² per 20 kg bag at 5 mm thickness, ProFlow delivered strong coverage rates across 37 units, supporting programme efficiency.

• Compatible with premium finishes: Suitable as a base for timber, vinyl, stone, and carpet — accommodating the varied finish schedules across different unit configurations.
